Insert Sharpening Per Side – Round RNG Inserts

You can dramatically reduce your annual tooling costs by having your used inserts sharpened. The majority of our engine machine shop customers typically have their inserts sharpened 2 to 3 time for 1/8 inch thick inserts and 4 to 5 times for 3/16 inch thick inserts.

Sharpening costs as little as $10 per side (depending on qty) and includes free shipping both ways.  Once your purchase is completed you will receive a prepaid UPS or USPS label by email. 

For each double sided insert add a quantity of 2 of this item to your cart.  

You will be refunded for any inserts that are too damaged to be sharpened.
